Forgive me if i am thick but i dont see how you can sue a family of the deceased for causing damages to a car when they were not even indirectly involved.

How can this even constitute a court case ?

What is he suing the family for ?

Producing offspring ?

Tell this fucking idiot to fuck off and go home.

Find out where he lives and trash or steal the car.You can do amazing things to a cars bodywork with Brake Fluid for example.
