Marvel have been naughty and nicked some Foo Fighters songs for their new X-Men cartoon and they're now being rightfully sued. What's the betting that Marvel will attempt to play the "we're the big boys" card again and try to completely destroy Roswell Records?

 It seems stupid that they would try to avoid paying to use the songs when you consider that they arent short of cash.

It does seem like a pretty dumb misstep from a company big enough to know better. I mean, they could have used some of the old, good Foos stuff.
