I found these wonderful scans at John's Look-Out Archive (http://www.geocities.com/juniortvtimes2006/).  The site's a real nightmare to navigate, but there's some really neat stuff to be found if you feel like digging in, such as... four pages of Ian Gibson art on "Bionic Action."

According to John's site, it was Ian on pts 1-2 of the first story, with Ron Tiner doing pts 3-10.  John Richardson did all seven parts of the second story and pts 1-7 of the third.  Mike White did the last two parts of the third.
