I was on the online looking at all the Slaine books and noticed that the first two Slaine Classic graphic novels that preceeded the 'Slaine the King' ( Which is one that is now available.) are no longer displayed.

Have they been removed from stock to make way for the replacements in the near future.

Replacements? Does this have anything to do with those originals were thought to be unsatisfactory.

As I recall there was some talk of this on the messageboards earlier this year.

Actualleyu, I made a huge mistake there. They are still there right in front of me on that page.

What was I thinking. I could have sworn that they weren't there before.

Though I will now point out the four blanked out squares to the right.

It does look like some book has gone missing from the page, though.

No, I was right the first time. It was missing.http://www.2000ad.org/thrillpower/DCSlaineDawnLarge.jpg">

Due to popular demand, I've changed the way the series are shown. Books are now listed chronologically and, if relevant, split into different series. With Sláine, it makes more sense to split 'classic' Sláine and the Books of Invasions, rather than mix them altogether and have people wondering which book follows on from the previous one.

The only major change with Sláine has been the new cover on Warrior's Dawn. All six books are still in print.

IP: All we need now is two tick boxes, one for books we want, and one for books we own....
and the possibilty for the user to pull a txt file of each list (or even better a list of all the books, with two extra columns, showing the results of each of the tick boxes)
:-)

I'm not sure I have 'teh skillz' (or the time right now, frankly) to do a db tie-in. I could easily rattle off a printable list, though (by adding a print style sheet to the books list page), if that's of use.

Could you make it a list that can be exported to Excel?

If the db is on the same server as this site, can't it be linked with this site (so it uses our login names) and mysql database that this site uses?
Cheers

"Could you make it a list that can be exported to Excel?"
I could make one manually, but there's no structure in place to automate that.

"If the db is on the same server as this site, can't it be linked with this site (so it uses our login names) and mysql database that this site uses?"
Possibly. Thing is, I don't have access to the site's DB, nor the knowledge to tie /books into it anyway.
