I don't know if this will be any good or not. I quite like other stuff he has done though (especially Firefly and Buffy), so I reckon it'll be worth a look. Familiar faces or 2 in that picture too.

Act 1 is now up with the rest coming in the next few days but only staying up until the 20th.

Quite mad but very funny.

That be very funny, and hopefully the start of something great - I always enjoy Whedon's musical endeavours, they're a good vehicle for his overly-mannered dialogue.  It's also nice that Dougie Howser's labcoat gets another outing, and  Cap'n Mal has certainly bulked up for his role.

Wake

Thanks for the link. I'm glad this is happening now, not next week when I'm on holiday.

Bad Andy

Looks ace! Might miss the final episode though  :(

The end was, well, the man has his own desciptor: Whedonesque.
Good, but bleak
, hope there's more.

I'd also note that (singing aside) this was exactly how Star Wars Episode III should have played out, right down to Sean Patrick Harris as Anakin, and Obi-Wan as an inusfferable self-absorbed hero-type, and Bad Horse (the Thoroughbred of Sin) as the Emperor.  I'm serious, people.

That was bloody lovely.

Looking forward to the DVD release now - apparently the commentaries will be musical, too!
Nobody warned me I would be so awesome.

Hooray! It's been returned to the interweb for free, possibly to celebrate the announcement of a sequel. Don't know how long it'll be there, so anyone who missed is advised to check it out sharpish.
