I understand Dredd can defeat unbeatable supernatural horrors just by punching them on conveyor belts, so he easily gets my vote.  

Nemesis was one long fight scene that fills three case files, but his mimbly bimbly magics were totally cheating. As such, my second vote is for Torqumarda.

I'm going to limit myself to just one robot, and am split between Hammerstein, Mek-Quake, and that dock worker, whatsisname, Charlie? Hmmmm. Hammerstein wins, caus he can take down a T-Rex with his bear hands.

Toughest lady in tooth by far must surely be Quinch's Mum.
