Virgin Media Broadband.

 Very slow .One of the slowest ISP providers.

 Thinking of changing because Richard Branson  may sell Virgin Media to the Carlyle Group which is seriously bad news but i am moving house in a few months and i cant be arsed to change it to another ISP before then.

 Very good technical support though it has to be said .Faultless.

 Broken cable modem reported to Virgin on friday evening .Modem replaced the next morning.

 Sam,e when i was given a set top box that was not configurated properly and impossible to set up.Again fixed the next day.

Probably worth noting two things:

Actually IP I don't even go that far - if I'm asking about broadband I'm asking about 256/512K speed +
I find that helps work from a base and go from there as we're working from the base of speeding up the old site not slowing things down. There's going to be a mobile.2000adonline.com for mobiles and anyone struggling can always use that as a plus side.
