Well, it does for me.

90% of the time after hitting the submit button to make post, I immediately get a "server unavailable" screen. For a minute or so afterwards, I cannot access any websites. If I close Internet Explorer (using version 6) and re-start after a pause then everything is back to normal. Until I scurry back here to make another post that is, and then the whole sorry cycle kicks off again...
