some great entries, despite a horrible unthinkable cruel competition. the only one I actually wanted to die was Bill Savage.. being run over by a bus, while talking about x-factor & getting shopping from tescos. but I didnt get around to it.

next month we need something happy & comforting, our favorites continuing in glorious battle forever weaving us a cocoon of seamless nostalgia to fortify us against our own impending dementia.

Heh, yeh thats very comforting! I agree though. A lighter tone would be good.

As always, I remain pleasantly astonished at the talent on display in these Compo threads. My own entry, yet again, never made it out of my head and onto the paper. Maybe next time, eh?
