Does anyone know/remember the Dredd story called the 'Hunter's Club'? it was about a club of assaisins who chose their victims at random and then hunted them down. Great story does anyone know who wrote it by any chance? It went on for about 6-7 issues of 2000ad in around 1985/86 at a guess.

There have been several Hunter's Club stories, but I can't give you references because I'm at work.

There was the original, plus at least one mysterious follow-up, I think, where Dredd ended the tale with something like, "We'll get them someday."

The most recent was Death Aid, where they did their sponsored slay, and got wiped out, proving Dredd right.

There was also a Daily Star Dredd on the subject.

I started getting 2000ad regularly only a few weeks before that prog. The golden age for me... my apologies for the random nostalgia.
