Why is it only this category WEBSITE that doesn't show up in chronological order?

In every other one I pop into, the most recent topic/addition to a topic are at the top but on this one I have to search and scroll down?

I think it's because there are 5 'sticky' topics, which stay at the top. The most recent thread comes after them.
