Once more i turn to the hivemind  to ask if any body has or has had a G3 ( i have the chance of getting one cheap, dont need cd/dvd writer or large hard drive to store music and photos as i have them on my pc. ) Have read up on  g3 on wikipedia but  would like to hear about it from those who have used it.

What do you want to know? I used to use one.

I used a G3 for years.Theres nothing wrong with them but they are 10 yrs old now and therefore antiquated. You will only be able to run Mac OSX 9.2 or similar on it otherwise it will be dreadfully slow.It just doesnt have the capacity in its hard drive to run any up to date software or even browser windows for example.
