Radiator..send Tharg some stuff.... :-)

Ok, so I now know that 15 minutes goes by SUPER FAST when you are drawing...I set a timer to keep it 15 minutes..Then I took about a minute to darken some lines for the scanner...I cant belive how quickly it went!

I'm in awe of what others can do in such a short time...

Cheers,

Mardroid

You haven't done so bad yourself (minor understatement, it's great!)

What I find amazing is how you're all able to include the shading in that time. No doubt that's a practice thing though.

Windsurf

*ahem* some of us may have spent a few minutes in a time-stretcher...  I think as long as the main drawing is done in 15 mins, it's ok to spend a little extra time tidying up...

SuperSurfer

Oh, that radiator is a cheat – goes around drawing pictures on moving trains!

Haven't picked up the pencils for far too long so thought I'd have a go at this. Made a complete mess of the nose bridge.

Otherwise my 500th post might have been in the "life spugs" thread because next door's cat has curled one out over my vegetable patch, just after I planted out my broccoli.

Radiator's would make a great T-shirt, wouldn't it?

I'll have to hold my hands up and admit I totally overshot the 15 minute limit on this one.
I'm posting it anyway, because in the unlikely event that I get another opportunity to sit down and draw, I'd like to have a pop at one of the monthly compos.

Pencil, and ink, 25-30 mins, plus about 5 mins to scan it in and fiddle with the colour balance:

Dan Dare will return for a new adventure soon, Earthlets!

antodonnell

I thought this was a fun thing to do so armed with a cup of tea and pencil here is my 15 min wonder. I really liked the diversity of styles and takes on dredd going through the thread.

Kerrin

That's bloody good Ant. You've done this sort of thing before haven't you. Come on, fess up.

Welcome to the board, have a crack at the art comp. It's in the general section.
