Having trouble with SolutionCentre

Batman's Superior Cousin

Every time start the computer, I always get the SolutionCentre windows box trying to download the package but failing. Any way to get rid of it?
I can't help but feel that Godpleton's avatar/icon gets more appropriate everyday... - TordelBack
