Photoshop frost/ice effect tutorial needed

Have a logo I need to add a frosty or ice effect to... you know 'cause christmas is coming up an all that...

Can any of you photoshop wizards point me in the direction of a tutorial for such a thing??

Of perhaps suggest another bit of software that could do the job.
