Strip Magazine - New UK High Street Title

Looks fantastic and getting very excited about this. Bit disappointed about the first issue being UK only.

It does seem that Strip Magazine will be available digitally?

Massively gutted that Strip will be comic shops-only, at least to start with. The main thing I was looking forward to was walking into WH Smith and seeing it on the shelf. However, any new UK comic deserves to be greeted with open arms and a big warm hug- so as long as it doesn't bite my bum in the process, that's what i'll be doing. I'll be picking up three copies of ish 1- one for all of us comics folks in our house- and as long as it's good, and the boys like it too, I'll continue to do so til they tell me to stop.

Despite our best efforts, STRIP Magazine will not be on sale in UK comic shops tomorrow (20th) due to courier problems beyond our control.

We will advise of the new on sale date as soon as it is confirmed, but please be assured we're working closely with Diamond to get our first issue into UK comic shops as soon as we can.

Naturally, we are extremely disappointed and annoyed by this turn of events and we know that this news will disappoint many people waiting for the Magazine's debut.

Heavens to murgatroid the publication sounds cursed!

It kinda reminds me of the problems Comics International (and to a degree Multiverse) had prior to its demise. I really hope when it does come out it finds its market.
