Sorry chaps - he had tweeted this publicly so I assumed it was alright to put it up here - shall we 'ave the mods delete it?

Bolt-01

Nah, s'cool. It is a work in progress after all. It needs to be coloured by... not telling, yet.

Davek

With a cover like that and a Slaine story - this will probably be my first Zarjaz! (unless anyone can reccomedn other Zarjaz releases that have Slaine in it?)

TordelBack

Get Issue 7 too:

Not only does it have one of the best covers to ever grace any publication, but it also contains some of the best Sláine stories of the decade.

Bolt-01

You will also want Zarjaz 10

and Zarjaz 12 if you want your fill of Slaine from Zarjaz.

TordelBack

See what I mean about slick looking covers?  Would any of those look out of place on the Prog, or even fall outside of the year's Top Ten (assuming Wells didn't cock up the sums)?

Davek

Thanks gents - will look at picking those up.  :)

The Enigmatic Dr X

Ooh. Just got my mitts on Zarjaz 14.

It's a corker. I particularly enjoyed the Black Museum and Devlin.

Run, do not walk, to your nearest electonic dispensing interface and order a copy.

Proudhuff

well I kinda expected a bit more pimping on this thread  ;) , I for one am going to gather this latest harvest of zines at Hi-Ex, I suspect the Good Dr X modesty stops him mentioning the cracking Dredd story Rich Pickings in Zarjaz 14  :D
DDT did a job on me

The Enigmatic Dr X

I can do modest.

Rich Pickings is the greatest Dredd one off I've ever seen. I had to re-read it to be sure it wasn't by Wagner. Why wasn't it in the prog?

My blind granny read it and could see. My lame son saw it and could walk.

Not only does the writer deserve his own 100 part Dredd epic, but I hear he's a handsome devil to boot, a considerate lover and generous with his money.  Dogs and cats love him. Women want him, men want to be him, and yet he has a self depreciating air of calm.

The art, too, was genius. Da Vinci wept in his grave at the depictions  of nasal violation.
