Richmond - The whole concept is kind of made-up Doctors in bizarre out-of-universe situations. So I mean, as long as the enemies aren't canon could you possibly invent a Doctor persona and a new companion and paste them over - ?

Or, if you really want to have the cannon doctor, and find it a home elsewhere, I'm sure there might be other Artists who would love to give it a shot.
