I watched Constantine the other night and I do understand that it is work of fiction........I hope! But does the Bible actually state that Satan actually has a son?

Yes. It all works on the principle that, theologically speaking, everything has its equal/opposite - so for every good an evil, for every God a Satan, for every Heaven a Hell, and for every Jesus an Antichrist.

Not as such because its not stated explicitly in the bible although the Mammon in the film is the values and worship of power greed and wealth by satanists which was later personified into a deity/being/demon known as Mammon.

Its about duality as its an opposing value/belief system of christianity.

Maybe this is why he seems determined to stamp out any kind of cultural or historical education - afraid of some humanities type blowing his cover.  There has to be some logic to the man.

This is odd because i thought Micheal Gove was going to introduce a syllabus that included more historical education in english with historic literature and the appointment of Simon Schama as an advisor.

No the Bible doesn't.
As an (fallen) Angel Satan can't procreate.

The whole antichrist thing was the Apostle John writing using an apocalyptic literature style to critique the contemporary political situation with regard to Nero and the Roman Empire etc.

What Minkyboy said. In the bible, the Antichrist/son of Satan exists only in the form of prophecy. As for angels being unable to reproduce, I'd not come across that except in derivative fiction. I'm no bible scholar, so I don't know what it says on the subject in the source book.

Well, there's the vexed subject of the Nephilim, for a start, who may or may not be Angels and may or not be fallen, but definitely seem to be non-human and definitely reproduced with humans, according to the Bible.

Genesis 6:4 "The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown."

But, then, you knew I'd know that...
