Ouch!

My chest still sore as was at gym last Wednesday, on weight lifting machine, as press the 40kg, and hook it at top to relax my arms, but it slipping, fell 1 feet to my chest!

My muscle chest cushion the fell, but still sore, I was so shaking after it!

went doctors yesterday for check up, lungs fine and no broken... even got my doctor to says "Ouch!" but it hurt when I laughs!

First next door house on fire and now this! what next??
