I don't have the Mask ones, but I do have the Pinhead ones... I actually really like the latter. Pat writes a much better Pinhead than the movies were ever blessed with. Shame they're not getting included though.

Are they not? In the ultra-epic-Pat-a-thon-podcast, Pat seemed sure they would include all Marshal Law, including the Pinhead stuff. There was dicussion about recolouring and all that, unless I'm having a senior moment? Nurse? Nurse!

I've got all the ML stuff bar the Mask issues (hmmm); my Toxic! issues have vanished, though.

Will certainly be looking out for the Omnibus edition, that's for sure.

Pat did say that in the podcast (I recall the comment about the colouring), but Dark Jimbo quoted this from him:

This is what I have , not counting the Toxic ones or a couple of large format releases that I can't get to at the moment. Also , the Origins novel which i have just seen on the shelf after I took the bloody photo...

Hmm, a couple to track down then. The Mask ones are actually pretty good I thought, O'Neill's artwork obviously the best thing about it, some beautifully insane stuff.

That'll be 'Marshal Law Takes Manhattan', where he deals with Millsified versions of The Punisher, Doctor Strange, Reed Richards, Daredevil, Ant-man, Spider-Man, Captain America and so forth. All of whom live in an asylum.

I've only recently read Marshal Law (thanks to a merciless character). Loved it a bit more than I even expected after hearing it praised all these years! It was an absolute blast to have the Mills/O'Neil combination keeping me company at bedtime - them pair were a bit good together and Pat is always at his best when he's getting the boot in somewhere. Made me think; that late '80s period Mills was knocking it out of the park for me. Most of it had a direct impact on how I see the world still and I wouldn have just loved Marshal Law at the time...
