I've used them all at family gatherings and they were all appropriate at the time.

Your eulogies and Best Man's speeches must be a treat, Soap.

Well signing swear words is better

Hey, Goaty; I think I've almost got the hang of swearing in BSL:

Well done but the signs in image is ASL, "cult" not swear word :D

Finally saw this this afternoon and enjoyed it though not as much as most of you it would seem. Whedon's experience at wrangling an ensemble cast shines through.

Best things about it were Black Widow, the interplay between Stark & Banner, Harry Dean Stanton and the big space-fish things. Single biggest problem for me was that I thought Loki was pretty, well, rubbish really.

Best nerd moment was a woman called Romanov exclaiming "Bojemoi!"

What's next on your list, Latey McSlowy? Men in Black? Men in Black 1, that is.

It's a nice effort, but the third act doesn't work for me. The film makers need to ask themselves 'whose story is this'? A 3D retcon job could help it do more business, as it did for the prequel: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1dgLEDdFddk

Word is that the directors cut might be coming to theaters, with an extra 35+ minutes.

just saw it for the second time, mainly because my mate wanted to see a fillum and it was the best option (was Prometheus better?) as well as being at the Astor cinema, which is a treat in itself.  I still like it and even enjoyed Scarlett Johanssen more this time around.

alright, what's FTFY?
I like sexy women, me, but don't find Scarlett Johanssen particularly sexy, regardless of bosom-heavingness.  The first time I saw the movie, I think I was demanding that everything be like the comic was in the 70s - possibly because Iron Man, Thor, Capt Amurika and tha Hulk do such a good job in that regard, whereas Scarlett and the Hawkeye guy were not only different to the comic characters, but also didn't really do anything instead.  He just looked like the winner of an Act like Daniel Craig competition and she just looked a bit blank -  like a shorter Uma Thurman.  This time around I thought she wasn't that bad, although the idea that she's a geninus interrogator didn't really work.
