It might not work unless he actually adds the Google Connect box to the blog. What I do is keep a "droids" feed in Google Reader where I subscribe to all their blogs, no matter what platform they are on. Then I pipe that through to my homepage at Google IG - instant stalking:

www.google.com/ig

I think I can share my feeds too, if folks are interested. I have a 2000AD fans and 2000AD boarders one too, so no one is safe.

I've just been summoned to the pub so can't go into detail now but you have a Google account, so nip over here and it will explain itself I believe (there is a tour):

I use it for all sorts of things. You can basically set up a category and then from there you can subscribe to a blog under any number of categories and it jams them all together into one feed. I then use Google IG as my homepage and bring this straight through onto there so all my feeds are just  a quick click away. No more chasing around looking at different sites, they are all there.

Copy the url of his blog, click on the bit that says "add" on your reading list and then paste the url into the bit that says "URL".
