Anyone know if this is worth going to?

Is it mainly overpriced collectors items or will I find some cheap bargains?

I normally attend the Sheffield one and you can get some really good deals if you hunt about. Its mainly american stuff. I went to the Manchester one the other day and it was pretty good. Loads of 50p stuff or stuff for a £ as well as the higher end stuff (I paid £5.95 for Kamandi #59 the rare last issue wayhey!!!!).

I've not been to the Leeds one for quite a while now as the dealers were normally a little too similar to those in Sheffield but it was always worth it.

Don't make a big journey , Manchester is a better show ....or wait a few weeks for thoughtbubble ..

It's only a 20 minute train ride to Leeds for me so it's not that far. Just wanted to know if it's worth dragging the family along.

Think I'm going to check it out.

i was a comic dealer for 15 years and sold at leeds , so i knew it in the heyday , it's only a fraction of what it was .... also there is very little British comics ...

Silveracres always attends so if you see anything on his site or ebay auction , you could save postage ...

Personally i would send the wife shopping as she will be bored to tears ..

I went once and mostly remembered the custom topless padmes on card!
