My LCS let me down on this  >:( but I still managed to get a copy elsewhere today.  Was worth the wait - great sci fi setting and some crazy alien creatures - looking forward to see what happens to John Prophet next.

To those fans of Brandon Graham....King City was collected in it's entirety for the first time today. Well worth your time and money.

The Adventurer

Issue 26 of Prophet will be drawn by Brandon Graham himself.

27 - 28 will be drawn by Giannis Milonogiannis:o

Can this comic have better artists involved? I don't think so.

if I went 'round saying I was an Emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!

If someone had told me 6 months ago that 'Prophet' would be my favorite comic (after 2000AD, natch), I'd have convulsed with laughter so vigorously my entire body would have contorted to a grotesque 'Liefeld-esqe' anatomical appearance.

:D Me too :) I think that things like Bulletproof Coffin, Casanova Avaritia, Fatale, and a few others are up there for me as well, but Prophet is definitely near the top of the list.

Really looking forward to the next issue to see what the deal is with all the other 'prophets'. Enjoyed the art on the back up story too.

I'm still a month behind print, so just finished issue 24. Man, that was some good comics.
This is some of the best stuff I've ever read.

#25 was fantastic. I was very very skeptical at first with this book but I'm definitely a believer now.

Anyone get the 100% B. Graham issue 26 yet?
If its as good as some of those reviews are saying it is I think i'm gonna have to abandon my 'month after print' purchase rule.

I have it but LOEG: CENTURY and redoing my entire living room took up all my time last night.

Its good .... its really good.  Probably my favourite issue yet.  I'd not had much experience of Brandon Graham before this series but I'm seriously contemplating picking up King City now.

Must convince myself I have a handle on comics expenses....
Must save 80 cent...whenever...possible
