Mazeworld missing pages ??

Just bought the Mazeworld collection. It doesn't have a title page and starts with 'Hooded One ! Do something please !'. Am i missing pages ? Haven't started reading it yet so apologies if i seem stoopid.

Might be worth keeping hold of it, could be worth something to a collector one day...*

I've got a misprinted Slaine-Books of Invasions Vol2, which has some pages in the wrong order. Anyone know if thats worth anything?

I think those Pat Mills hardbacks had a lot of production problems - on BK II of the Volgan Wars I first of all got a copy where the pages were all inked together (yeah yeah, Langley haters... 'looked better that way') and the replacement came with the contents not only back-to-front but also upside down.  If it hadn't been a gift for someone else I'd have definitely have kept it.
