With seven days to go until the zarjaz anniversary prog hits stores, we're commencing a week of fantastic giveaways on our official Facebook and Twitter pages! 'Follow' and 'like' us to be in with the chance to win signed graphic novels and other goodies!

We're starting with the chance win a free copy of Zombo: Can I Eat You Please? signed by writer Al Ewing!

can you please please do some give aways that don't involve twitter. Twitter makes me angry and no good will come of it.

Molch-R

As mentioned, we'll be doing some on Facebook too...

James Stacey

Ah super. I headed on over to facebook and it said to get onto twitter, hence the comments.

I'll be getting the subscriber issue - I take it the other cover will be simply available in shops?
...because I hate you.

It's hard enough keeping track of a giveaway on ONE social media network, never mind two at the same time ;)

Presumably we will be able to buy both covers from the shops?

If not, even Al Quaeda will tremble at our wrath.

A small number of variant cover editions will be housed in a secure facility somewhere in mainland UK. Readers will have to overcome a series of puzzles, each one more fiendish than the last, in order to identify the location of the stash, before defeating the state-of-the-art security system, rabid attack dogs and 42 trillion combination vault codes...

Alternatively, if your shop hasn't got both covers you'll be able to purchase them from the 2000 AD online shop.

Ah the board, home if die hard fans so you'll have everything.
Now to wade through the long list of happy birthday messages filling my Twitter feed.

Emperor

As has been said before, it'd be nice to see competitions return to the site - it'd be easy enough to slot in a forum module that could handle such things. It might not be as bright and shiny as Twitter or Facebook (or Google+) but once you get someone hooked in here I can't think of a better way of encouraging people to expand their Thrill horizons.

Less a street team, more a pop into your living room for a cup of tea, a biscuit and some enthusiastic chat team*. ;)

* May contain mild peril.
if I went 'round saying I was an Emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!
