That's cooler than cool, that is: Alpha and Dredd - together on screen at last!

This is one of those things that makes me wish I had access to a time-machine so that I could go back to about 1985 and blow L'il Tordels' mind:

"So in 2012, they'll be making the 12th Star Trek film with a new cast as the young crew, and the guy that plays Johnny Alpha on the audio dramas is Scotty, and he's a big 2000AD fan, so he gets the guy who plays Bones, who is also playing Judge Dredd in the second Dredd movie to wish 2000AD a happy 35 Birthday - and he films it with his portable phone so that you can watch it in bed on your portable computer!  Oh, and your wife, who's also a SF fan, really fancies the guy who plays Bones, and you might even get some sex afterwards. No, no, the first bit is the exciting bit.  Really.  Stop going on about the sex. Stop it. No I can't video it on my phone.  Look, I came here to talk about the guy who's playing Judge Dredd, thats what's important... are you sure you're me?".

O Lucky Stevie!

"We'll send all these nasty words to Aunt Jane. Don't you think that would be fun?"

Great work all round, and especially Molch-R for sorting it.

That must be a year's immunity from Mek-Quake at least...

Cool, cool, cool.  Now just one last thing (cough..teaser..cough) and the 35th Bday celebrations will be the bomb.

That was brilliant! Urban's nailed the voice and attitude perfectly.

I was grinning like a lunatic all through that while my wife laughed at my nerdish glee.
