I'd always assumed that those Judges who'd failed the street-test got jobs in admin, PSU, became medics or took other sundry jobs in Justice Dept.

The Meat Patrol story in this month's Meg seemed to bear out the fact people failing their hotdog run would end up elsewhere. First time I read it by the way, an interesting little tale.

I think that would be the case Joe, for fails. Expelled Cadets possibly not. I'm not sure we've seen a clear differention between the terms but I'd think they exist.
