Anyone know if FP has em?

I used to work round the corner from FP but have moved workplace and now have to put up with the GReenie droid in my local Tesco  ;)

Not bothering with the other three variants, then?  ;)

COMMANDO FORCES

The numbers are on the thread for issue 1

Ah i see reviews are now landing. But isnt there nine variants in total? I posted a link on the e-bay thread yesterday about it, as somebody was selling them all together.

I feel a little ambivalent about the first issue. I do welcome the fact that both stories didn't forget the quirkier and more light-hearted side of Mega-City life, but the stories were not the best exhibit of Dredd himself. He's often a bystander which allows us to observe MC1, that's true, but in "Ripe" he wasn't just standing aside, he was completely ineffectual. There needed to be a more focused tale of Dredd as the hero.

#Judge Jack, I think there's 26 in total

And they are listed in the review thread!

If it lasts long enough to collect one. Haha!

Actually quite like Daniel's artwork for the first story but the second one's just not good. Same artwork we saw posted up here briefly. Would rather have seen 22 pages of one story than two stories broken up and marred by ghastly artwork. Still, time will tell.

Not overly impressed.

From the covers published so far, #2 Backup strip is Brendan McCarthy, #3 Langdon Foss, and #4 Inaki Miranda.

So 2 of those know Dredd, and the other one has a European styling which looks like it would fit.

I'm hoping the Paul Gulacy strip was just a misfire.

Was this ever published in the prog? The only strip I remember of Inaki's is the Regime Change one - this doesn't ring a bell.

From Eva de la Cruz's blog - from 2008, pencils by Miranda. I definitely prefer the skinnier Dredd with a retro helmet here to the musclebound one he did.
