A) coffee tastes like wet leather because both are produced using a similar process of fermentation/tanning, which involves vast amounts of something called "pure". It's not nice. Nor is that last bit true.

Milk should always go in after, especially when you're making tea in cup with a bag, otherwise you're not using boiling water.
