Artist on Prog 393 Judge Dredd "Postergraph" - Steve Dillon?

I was just sorting through a pile of 300s for someone and stumbled across the glorious centre spread "City of the Damned" "postergraph"... it had completely slipped my mind... Fabulous!

The rest of that Dredd strip is drawn by Steve Dillon... is the poster too? Sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm not too up on my artists...

If that's not Steve Dillon, I'm awaiting another artists-tracing-artists controversy. 
Pretty much certain it is Dillon and, knowing how ferociously fast he was working back then, it probably only took him 17 seconds to do that whole postergraph.

I've got a few copies of that prog, I'm even thinking of taking the poster out and framing it!
