Peace is a lie, there's only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.

So far , I'm the only one who doesn't put the comma after the initial number - that's the way they taught me at school. Have I been doing it wrong for the past 30 years  :o
...because I hate you.

You only use the full stop to separate pounds and pence. Comma after every three numbers.

What have I been using - an apostrophe? How embarrassing  :-[

Definitely Not Mister Pops

Commas are to seperate every thousand, million, billion, trillion etc.

Ampersands are used to seperate every gillion, gazillion, bazillion etc.

Full stops are called decimal points when they're in numbers.

Quotation marks are for sarcastic numbers, whereas inverted commas are for ironic numbers.

Exclamation marks either mean the factorial of a number or that the number is very serious and dramatic.
You may quote me on that.

Is the suggested final price supposed to include the 20% VAT? (I'd guess not)
