Yeah - plus, once the job's done, you can always zap this thread, right?

Once the job's done, he won't need to.
Dan Dare will return for a new adventure soon, Earthlets!

And of course someone who is downloading them is also then selling them on Ebay. (Just do a search - I keep reporting them and it's interesting to see that the one that ended last week was for up to 1810, the new one this week is for up to 1815)
That is very trackable surely? Buy one from them to get address etc and then send a nice lawyers letter? Claims for lost profits?

Not torrents but Filestube shows all the locations that files are being advertised.

Nuke 'em from orbit, I say - only way to be sure!

Incidentally, if you see DVD ROMS of scanned comics on Ebay they're RIDICULOUSLY easy to report. I've done it several times, and there's no fuss, no bother.

I report them all the time. Never go away, just run to the end of their auction then go back up again.
The one I looked at earlier has Spiderman, Batman, 2000ad allsorts on disc for your delectation.

Haven't even gone out to buy my own copy yet, and there it is all glistening and free.  Stamp, Molch-R, stamp hard!

You'll never stamp it out for good, but someone somewhere is abusing their position and uploading it (for reasons only they themselves understand) - that's serious misconduct and they totally deserve to get the sack for it.

Bound to be able to find someone posting it before they have even been published but you'll never stop all the 'normal' torrents.

so did the stamping work?

Just checked a well known torrent site out of curiosity (not saying which one, for obvious reasons)... the sheer amount of complete series and progs to download is pretty disturbing :(

So no. I dont think the stamping has worked at all, sadly.
