Getting the 50% discount for shop when updating details

How would people doing it over the phone with the very hard working Denise get this discount?
Do we have to wait until all the details are added to the system?
Just wondering.

(I get my issues sent to work as they don't get chewed up by the postman, unlike at home)

Can't answer your question, just an observation that I am unable to have a subs as it is near impossible for the copies to get through without some kind of postal damage.

Some of the damage is quite impressive and must have taken quite an effort to do, being to the body of the copy and not the edges or corners.

I have to buy them in batches from the online shop and they send them in a cardboard box, which stops the damage getting through but I can still appreciate the effort put in on the outside of the box.

We get a sack full of post at work so it's normally between journals

You must be very unlucky, mine arrive in fine condition, normally a Saturday about 10.30, just in time for a mornng cuppa after a long lie in
