Is it possible to transfer content I have bought through the iTunes app to a laptop to view on there or on an android tablet?

Depends what the content is... pretty much all podcasts, and all music bought after 2009, should be DRM-free and can be moved about and played as you see fit. Everything else, not so much.

You can authorise up to five devices with iTunes installed to use content from the same iTunes account, so any Windows or Mac laptop could be authorised. Obviously, since there is no version of iTunes for Android, this option won't work on an Android tablet.

There may or may not be freely available software that enables you to strip the DRM from iTunes files, but doing so is illegal and whether or not such software is easy to find with a simple Google search, I couldn't possibly comment...

I think he may be talking about 2000 AD app content specifically.

Duh. I'm an idiot.

I'm still a dead-tree kinda guy for my thrill-power, but isn't the digital 2000AD/Meg stuff distributed as PDFs?

Technically yes. Though you can't get them out of the app without some jabberpocky. Which is the main reason I switched to buying through the eShop this year. Simplicity and .cbr files.

Yes I did mean the 2000ad app sorry.  I've been given a couple of tips on how to do it so I'll try them.
