lost product key for office?

being the computer illiterate I am we didn't realise the key we needed to activate was on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop which has worn down so we cant read it and hence cant activate office 2013 which wasn't a problem before but I need it for a work thing. can you get a replacement anywhere? or is it listed elsewhere? I'm not buying office again when its already in there somewhere!
