I certainly thought so when the number first surfaced, and I don't have any particular reason to feel more pessimistic now than then!

Mental. I thought you were just making that up until I consulted Professor Google. South Bank Tower sounds a bit wanky, and I'm sure the wealthy Saudi rapists and Russian gangsters who can afford a property in central London would have been more attracted to the prestige of property whose name alludes to the heritage of old English royalty than connotations of hipsters with neck beards and Bromptons. A skyline featuring The Shard and The Gherkin looks more Mat Irvine than Frank Hampson, to me.
