Dredd Snes Game

If anyone is familiar with this game(you can download the rom all over the place) can you tell me how the bloody hell you get through the door that says "in" at the end of the first level?
and then you can call me thick : )

You need to complete all of the tasks assigned to you at the start of the level. Arrest, kill, sentence perps, destroy ammo dumps etc. and then the exit will light up and you can leave the level. You can check your progress by using any of the computer terminals throughout the game.
