After seeing the artwork to Prog 1131's cover in the TPO article in this months Meg thought that one of the people who do the wallpaper for the 2000AD site should get a copy of the artwork as it appear in the Meg without the cover blurb and turn this into a wa;;paper pic.

Erm, that's just a scan of the page, which you have edited.
Can anybody provide the actual artwork (Rebellion)?
