Tablet Pen Photoshop / Manga Studio Help

Hey Art Dudes,

  I've been trying to draw on this tablet (Surface Pro) with the pen provided but it really drags, especially in Photoshop. How can i get it to follow the pen line more tightly? And also adjust the pressure

Not unless they've introduced it in the CC versions of Photoshop — there's certainly nothing like that in CS6 or earlier.
