I obviously didn't pay enough attention to Enterprise as I missed all that.

To be frank, I don't think any Trek series had a decent finale.

Yeah man, have to disagree with you. All Good Things... is fucking awesome. Triple-nacelle Enterprise-D smashing some Klingon cruisers up and setting a story in the past, present AND future simultaneously. Magic stuff.
