Rebellion Support - Is there any at the moment???

I'd certainly have nice things get to say about Rebellion service, even in the post-Denise era. I ordered a hardback that didn't turn up, and they sent me the PDF to read while they sorted it. There was also a single back-prog that didn't turn up in a large order from one of those insane Sales (or rather, they got one of the numbers wrong), and despite the thing costing a handful of pence they posted the right one straight out.

But equally I get how annoying it is when it seems like the system breaks down. Still,  I think the will to be good at this side of the business is definitely there.

I've had contact from Rebellion support over the missing 2209 and although I didn't get an immediate response they couldn't have been more helpful overall.
This isn't their fault, but they generate a lot of goodwill by being so good.

Actually, the only reason I have had cause to contact Rebellion was when I moved home some time ago.  I ended up with two copies of some progs (some sent to the old place, some to the new) so can't complain about that.  That was back in the days I subbed, instead of having copies reserved at my local friendly comic shop.
