That's a very tough one. I think at the end of the day, I love the madness and uniqueness of Brendan more though. Not quite as enamoured with his newer work but he's done some of my favourite prog stuff ever.

Colin MacNeil. He's one of the greats, there's a reason Tharg keeps getting MacNeil do draw Wagner's scripts.

Brendan McCarthy. Despite being responsible for Zaucer of Zilk, which was painful to read IMO, his Dredd work is just so incredible that I have to give him No. 1.

Both very good artists, each for different reasons.

But my favorite is Colin MacNeil, because my enjoyment is effortless. With Brendan, sometimes I have to choose to engage - it's more in your face.

I can imagine choosing the opposite depending on mood, as well.

Thanks for all the votes folks... what... what do you mean not that Colin... MacNeil... huh... oh I see...

Turns out all the votes for Colin were for some call MacNeil who knew. With that in mind its clear we have an absolute favourite for the Current tournment as while this one might not have been quite as cut and dry as the first vote to close in the Classic tourney but still it was pretty clear who was going to progress pretty early on. So if a titan like Brendan McCarthy can't slow who momentum is there anyone who can stop
