Friday: Either everyone meet up at one of the hotel bars or we go to the award ceremony and get pissed there
Saturday daytime: Meet up during the convention and spend our time laughing at people dressed as aliens from Deep Space Nine and maybe lunch.
Saturday evening: AGAIN meet up for piss-up, possibly in bar near convention centre because that'll be easier to get to.
