i can work, yes i'll have a job, i can paint and draw and write and clean loos, and do business stuff and research and customer stuff and pick welks and do all crafts and organise things, and build things and fix things and cook and garden and tree plant and type and web build and make murals and teach and counsell and everything !!! will someone please pay me to do something???

It depends on how you define "Work for Rebellion". If it's defined at putting in an invoice and getting sent a cheque, then I work for Rebellion.

Kinda nice thought that....

But not doing what you think..... :)

I'm still waiting for a reply on the Future Shock I sent in. It's been something like three months now. Three months in the cold, with the snow whistling through the hole in the roof of me cardboard box (I had to take part of the roof to feed the wife and 27 kids)... Oh Tharg, when will we know?

its probably not what you think, deadlines, being told 'thats crap,do it again' etc. plus its in expensive oxford so your standard of living would probably fall ( unless you really are in a cardboard box ).

As far as I know, none of 2000AD's artists and writers live or work in Oxford.

The nerve centre has 5 or 6 editorial and design droids on site that I can think of.

Seriously......I dont think the contributers have to live in oxford. Nowadays i think they submit art by post and some scripts by e-mail. Wonders of the modern age!

Tharg did a little talk on this at the ICA a while back, and I got the impression that tooth is almost all done electronically now days, including artwork.
