...seeing as message 591 won't let me place another thread, and I started the whole thing off last time here we go again.

Ok Zenith, Watchmen et al were all crafted on their build up, and yes the disatisfaction of seeing Red Dragon crash and burn still brings a lump to my throat (I always thought he was written in as a homage to Dylan Thomas, and I rem thinking was he Zenith's dad, still tis the past...)

I think storming heaven is only starting, think about it, where we have normal superhero creation stories, then the usual build up of where does he buy his tights from, why does he wear latex, why does his enemy hate him etc. etc. We are being subjected to a disollusion of the superhero the destruction, then possible rebirth of the hero (who I strongly suspect may be the lurvvve child - or knowing Mr Rennie's scripts from the past maybe not)

We are at episode 3 and a half of Star Wars, we are being shown the destruction of heaven and the rise of hell.

By the way Skojo, I love 'Sperman' and would be honoured to design and market the merchadise here are a few ideas sidekick called spunk - (and full of it), Seman (the faithful butler), phrases: "Oh, no I'm a gonna' 'ere", "come again" and when changing his mighty morphing vehicle he would shout "E-rect" and the P.N.S multi terrain slug would transform into the flying rocket.

Anyway, say no more

Yes, the whole Red Dragon epsiode was really good.  I really grew to like the character and then 'poof' the dragon had gone.  Gutted.

As for encouraging Scojo (did anyone fall for my cunning Action Comics hoax? No?  Are you sure?) in his spermy antics, I'm not sure it's very wise.  Not very wise at all.  Where will it end? :)

It always feels a bit unfair to invoke Watchmen against people doing superhero stuff, but it has changed the way people approach superheroes I guess.
