How much should I pay for Prog 1?

I know this is often asked but I'm faced with something of a dilemma.

I've managed to find a copy for sale for ?30 BUT some idiot has stored it in a ring binder and punched two neat holes in the spine.

Is it worth waiting to buy a copy in better condition for more or should I just buy it as a reading copy and try to ignore the hole dangerously close to the Harlem Heroes,Mach One,Flesh etc?

p.s. Progs 2-20 are in a similar state

?30 is too high for a hole punched copy of Prog 1. That might be a reasonable price for a ringbound set of progs 1-20.
