I wanna cool icon too

Tried following the instructions to get a Icon but it aint working any help apreciated, I am very computer illiterate so please nice clear dumbed down instructions...any places to get em from or how do ye make them?
sorry I cant answer back straight away only access at work and 12hrs at least infront of UK

Find a pic, send it to Wake and he'll sort it out for you.

I'm sure Wake will post more info here when he gets a chance!

Two options...

ONE - MAKE YOUR OWN ICON

Make a picture 32x32 pixels in size, save it as a .gif file.
Email the picture to Wake, then wait until he's uploaded the file to the site.

TWO - USE A PREMADE ICON

Find an existing icon - try the 'downloads' section for starters, or any of the menu pages... (try not to pick on that another boarder uses)

Right click on the icon you want & select 'properties' from the popup menu and red the address big
e.g.
http://www.2000adonline.com/images/icons/durhamred.gif

Go into the database chatroom
type in

/icon durhamred

DO NOT PUT IN .gif - just the icon's name.

I quite liked your current one turning up as a white box with a small black dot in it - looked like a kestrel hovering over a motorway. Mind you, that isn't actually your name.
