AFAIK, there were two artists who worked on this strip. Can anyone tell me who they were?

In an Alan Moore interview, he identifies one of them as an artist on a girl's romance title, but that's all I've got to go on.

from a quick scan of the Barker book

Early Days = Ramon Sola, Barcelona artist who had done a lot of work for IPC and DC Thompson. First worked on the girls' comics like Valentine 74. Was approached by Mills and asked to submit samples. At first his work was extensivly sub-edited but he quickly learnt the style. Sola remained the artist for 15 issues then left comics entirly for other illustration work.

Another spanish artist took over, name not given... and I could be wrong but I seem to remember his identity's been lost in the mists of time?

Cheers Gary. I wonder if Alan got them mixed up; in his interview he said that the *second* artist was brought in from a romance title.

Didn't Ramon Sola do some early work for 2000AD as well? Perhaps on Flesh?

BTW - whatever happened to all of these great foreign artists? Brit comics in the '70s and early '80s seemed to be full of them.
